This is it. There's no turning back.

After an exhausting marathon of hauling loads, running to town to get a few more things, and another last-minute load, we are finally spending the night in our very own house!

I am super-excited! This place feels like home already. Of course I could live in a box and feel perfectly comfortable (as I've said) and I love change to an extent.

The kids are dealing. One has said even though he doesn't like hte old house better, he's used to it and he's NOT used to this house. One brave little girl wants to spend her very first night in her brand-new room, but she keeps trying to get me to stay with her longer. I finally had to be firm with her and say I'm EXHAUSTED....my feet and my ankles are begging me to sit or lay down, and my back hurts every time I move. I LOVE you but I HAVE to go to bed!!!!

The first dinner we had as a family in our new house was hamburgers and hot dogs my huband grilled, with corn on the cob, salad and chips (Doritos Cool Ranch FYI). The first movie we watched together in this house was Tron (the newer one).

I'm ready for my first night spent at the new house so goodnight!!
